they are cotton buds!!!yqkk actually use solution A + solution B = THESE!i can't rem what they are...but cool rite...i now can have light sticks whenever i feel like...and wherever i want...lolx!
just a proof to show that they are actually "lit" upwe threw these away after minutes...but it did gave the litter bin the "light" for 12 hours...
truly entertaining during bored nights...fascinated me:)
