as most of you would know, i have a pair of monster-liked nephews who are now already in Pri1 and K2...
once, there was an occasion when we get to sit together and yq was telling them some hoo-hah events of his and he mentioned ".....blah blah...wah lan eh...."
i stared at him and told him that cannot say "wah lan" in front of the kids whose mind are like sponge (super absorbent)
then on the same occasion, i think yq said something like, "wah lau..."
and the both of them was like, "OOooorrrrr...cannot say wah lau, it's a bad word..." and pointing him with their shaking index finger...
and Max continued, "There are 5 "words" which we cannot say, the "D" word, the "F" word, the "I" word, the "S" word and the "W" word."
The point where he mentioned, "....the "F" word...", me and yq was giving each other "the look", we were curious but didn't dare to ask cos their father was there...
curiousity can really kill a cat u know...
in my mind i was thinking how would a pri 1 kid know about the "F" word which the adult world uses it in part and parcel of their daily life...
given the chance to ask him when the father wasn't around, i tried to figure the 5 "words" in front of him....
Me: ok, "D" is for "Dumb", "I" is for Idiot, "S" are for "Shit/Stupid", "W" for "Wah lau"...but what's for "F"?
Max: "F"? orrrrhhh...very easy what....

Max: "F" is for FAT!
Me: *burst into laughter*
i hope the 2 monsters stay as innocent as long for possible...
